PROGRAM DETAILS:
Applied Improvisation refers to coaching and training methods that utilize concepts from improvisational theatre to develop social-emotional skills, boost mental agility, and deepen engagement in professional working environments. When employees feel seen, heard, and included, morale, creativity, job satisfaction, and productivity increase. This seminar introduces unique social and professional tools to establish fresh neural pathways and open up exciting new perspectives–to supercharge your team's performance!

Rebecca Bradford, Founder of The Improv Collaborative, has supported hundreds of people over the past 15 years to discover the surprising benefits of improv, such as increased confidence, wellbeing and enjoyment in life. Rebecca has performed on stages, produced shows and delivered training for companies such as Google, Medronic, Honey, Reculrley and Danone. She’s on a personal mission to inspire more people to go beyond their comfort zones, where the real fun lives.




RECERTIFICAITON CREDIT:
 This program has been submitted for 1 hour of both HRCI and SHRM Certification credits. (must attend live event to receive credits)
