About the Speaker:

Amy Packer is an organization development consultant and executive coach with over 17 years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and certificates in Instructional Design and Organization Development. She has been coaching and consulting with organizations in Colorado and beyond since 2005.
Amy uses a strengths-based approach in working with clients to build the skills they need to work together most effectively and ultimately achieve extraordinary results. Her passion is helping to bring out the best in organizations and their people by building on the strengths that already exist. Amy’s specialty in her executive coaching practice is coaching women leaders to remove the barriers that get in the way of reaching their full potential. She recently completed the Playing Big course with author Tara Mohr and uses these tools with women leaders in individual and group coaching..
