This program addresses an employer's ability to address on and off-duty conduct that impacts work. A wide range of employee "expressions" are discussed including physical appearance and hygiene, legal limits of profanity and swearing, romantic behavior, religious expression, political activities, the right to associate with "bad boys," speaking out on matters of employees' concern, the use of social media and other technology, and engaging in harmful conduct such as drug and alcohol misuse or abuse.

• This program will build mental resilience by informing attendees of he key legal issues in managing employee expression on and off the job.
• This program will build emotional resilience by viewing legal issues from multiple perspectives and developing empathy for employees for better decision-making in human resources management.
• Finally, this program builds mental and physical resilience by helping human resources professionals understand the proper legal course of action and thereby experience appropriate measures of control in employee relations.
